Introducing MIRA: Clinically Intelligent AI

Introducing MIRA: Clinically Intelligent AI

We’re excited to announce the launch of MIRA, our first product in the mission to embed clinical intelligence across behavioral health systems. MIRA is an AI-powered assistant that supports intake, triage, and ongoing care engagement, making it easier for individuals to receive support and for providers to respond with speed and precision.

But MIRA is only the beginning.

At Psyrin, we believe care should be continuous, data-rich, and responsive. Today, clinicians are forced to navigate fragmented systems with limited context. What if every intake conversation could surface risk factors in real time? What if voice alone could signal distress? What if the system could learn from every encounter to sharpen clinical response? These aren’t hypotheticals—they’re the foundation we’re laying.

MIRA is our first step in this direction, but it unlocks a broader architecture we’ve built for capturing clinical signals, across speech, language, and behavior. It’s designed to interface with EMRs, integrate with existing workflows, and create the conditions for more personalized, adaptive care. Whether someone is seeking help for the first time or returning after months away, MIRA ensures the clinical system remembers and responds.

From day one, we’ve prioritized safety, trust, and responsible implementation. MIRA was built in close collaboration with clinicians, administrators, and community health leaders through hundreds of hours of interviews, field testing, and iterative feedback. Every decision - what MIRA hears, how it responds, what data it captures - is shaped by frontline realities and guided by clear ethical guardrails.

Over the coming months, we’ll be implementing MIRA’s footprint and capabilities for the first time, deepening its intelligence, expanding into clinical workflow, and embedding it across the full care journey. That includes pre-visit assessments, in-session decision support, and monitoring.

The future of behavioral health starts with MIRA’s clinical intelligence—explore more here.
